What you'd do

• Draft and refine the quality bar, judgment rules, and pass criteria used for LLM training and evaluation data.
• Review and adjudicate data outputs against standards, flag issues, and close the loop on corrections.
• Work through complex, ambiguous, and edge cases and turn conclusions into reusable judgment rules.
• Track quality metrics, find root causes, and push improvements in production processes.
• Work with production, product, algorithm, and policy groups so standards carry through to acceptance and feedback.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in data, statistics, computer science, law, linguistics, or social sciences.
• Experience in data quality, QA, content moderation, compliance, or AI data annotation is a strong plus.

• Experience with mainstream LLM products and a basic understanding of AI capability limits (preferred).
