What you'd do

• Coach employees one-to-one and build resilience plans for their health and wellbeing
• Run group and peer support sessions on resilience, coping and working relationships
• Facilitate creative and mindfulness-based sessions such as music and creative therapies
• Assess cases for trauma from graphic content and risk of harm to self or others, following escalation protocols
• Keep confidential case notes, session data and reports under privacy protocols, and review assessment data for trends

What it asks for

• Master's-level training in clinical or counselling psychology, or psychotherapy
• Active license to practice, unrestricted, in the country of the site
• Minimum 3 years in wellbeing or psychotherapy
• Proven cross-cultural counselling experience
• Track record of building and running wellbeing or mental health trainings, workshops or webinars
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic
• English B1 (preferred)
