What you'd do

• Own multi-year product strategy and decide where to invest across Virtual Agents.
• Convert strategy into a roadmap that spans product, tech edge, new verticals and pricing model.
• Hire, develop and retain product managers and set how product is practised across the company.
• Build deep knowledge of customers, domains and competitors, particularly commercial insurance.
• Sit on the executive team, support fundraising and represent the product to customers, partners and investors.

• Record of growing AI or technically complex B2B products from first customers to meaningful scale.
• Experience building a product function from a small base and hiring PMs.

• Ability to discuss architecture and weigh deterministic systems against AI components with engineers.
• Experience scaling products from $10M to $100M ARR (preferred).
