• Build tiered enforcement rules, trust scores, abuse cutoffs, and appeal paths.
• Partner with data science and engineering to sharpen detection accuracy and cut wrongful flags.
• Coordinate with Content, Legal, Security, Customer Service, and external publishers or anti-piracy vendors.
• Define fraud metrics such as detection rates, false positives, takedown success, and financial impact, and report them in executive reviews.
