Senior Product Manager, AI Governance Platforms

A senior product manager role on Visa's Governance Platforms team, building AI governance products that turn governance, risk, cyber, privacy and regulatory requirements into platform features embedded in how AI and data products are built, approved, monitored and operated. The team's aim is to make governance a product layer that supports AI rollout at enterprise scale.

What you'd do

• Define product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmaps for AI governance platform capabilities.
• Translate governance, cyber, risk, policy and audit requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Design risk-based scoring models for certification, recertification and governance decisions.
• Set up certification workflows, governance status states, decision criteria and sign-off processes.
• Work with Cybersecurity teams to build governance guardrails and policy enforcement features.
• Lead product work on audit findings, remediation tracking, control validation and evidence management.
• Lead UAT, release readiness, adoption planning and product rollout.

What it asks for

• Eight or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, five with a master's or similar, or two with a PhD.
• Eight years of product management work building enterprise software, platforms, workflow tools or data products.
• Experience setting product requirements and measures of success.
• Working knowledge of technical architectures, APIs, integrations and workflow systems.
• Experience with AI inventories, model management, monitoring, certification or governance platforms (preferred).
