• Guide the design of large language models and moderation systems to be production-ready.
• Align technical decisions across teams inside and outside the Safety org.
• Define and prioritize the language safety ML roadmap with product, data science, policy, design and operations.
• Track emerging AI/ML and content moderation techniques and apply them to new safety challenges.
