What you'd do

• Design, build and ship production machine learning systems for content safety and policy enforcement at scale
• Own technical initiatives across detection, classification and policy evaluation systems
• Develop and maintain content moderation models, including multimodal and LLM-based systems
• Build evaluation frameworks with standardized datasets, offline and online metrics and improvement loops
• Run experiments to improve model performance, reliability and fairness in safety-critical systems
• Align policy and enforcement needs with Trust & Safety, Legal and Public Affairs
• Mentor engineers and shape ML strategy and prioritization for the team
