• Make data-driven calls on risk breakdown, resource allocation and coverage for ambiguous threat scenarios.
• Build frameworks, prioritization methods and impact metrics, and maintain team playbooks.
• Lead detection and response during planned high-risk events like elections and unplanned crises.
• Run multi-source data analysis to spot emerging trends and quantify their risk impact.
• Monitor third-party detection partners, set SLAs and run quality assurance on their output.
• Automate repetitive detection tasks and fold AI tooling into operating procedures.

• Have a track record of running complex projects or risk portfolios alone and showing measurable results.
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools, data analytics platforms or technical detection systems, including process improvements.
• Skilled at managing stakeholders and communicating, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills, including analysis of large datasets.
• Solid grasp of world geopolitics, how social platforms behave and newer online harms.
• Worked with outside vendors or external partners before (preferred).
• Willingness to learn Python or SQL (preferred).
