The role, in T&S terms

Written by the T&S Network from Amazon's posting.

Designs and runs training for content analysts who review Prime Video titles against local regulations, age ratings and content warnings. The program prepares analysts for new AI-assisted review tools in Trust & Safety Operations, which covers every market Prime Video serves.

What you'd do

  • Run onboarding, refresher courses and certification for analysts in every market.
  • Build point-of-work guidance and job aids analysts use while reviewing titles.
  • Use generative AI to write modules, scenarios, quiz questions and tailored learning paths.
  • Create AI-based practice settings where analysts rehearse on simulated cases and get immediate feedback.
  • Measure time-to-competency, review quality and analyst confidence rather than completion rates.
  • Update learning content as policies and tools change, working with Policy, Ops and Product partners.

What it asks for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Six or more years building learning programs in operations, contact centers, content moderation or similar high-judgment work.
  • Hands-on record of building live learning content with generative AI tools.
  • Proven method for linking training to outcomes rather than survey scores.
  • Strong writing and information design ability.
  • Experience building in-product guidance or co-pilot tools, not only LMS courses (preferred).
  • Familiarity with content moderation, age rating or other regulated review work (preferred).
