What you'd do

• Investigate Artificially Inflated Traffic and IRSF by digging into call and messaging data
• Analyze call detail records to find why bills don't match or to find evidence of fraud
• Own disputes end to end, from intake through tracking to documented resolution
• Negotiate settlements and payment terms with customers and carriers
• Read contracts and compare what the invoice should be against what it is
• Advise account managers and accounting on handling billing disputes
• Build dashboards tracking dispute lifecycle metrics and build data-backed case files

What it asks for

• Eight-plus years across telecom, fraud, vendor management or similar commercial roles
• Experience negotiating disputes with customers or vendors
• Experience in collections, dispute resolution or billing analysis
• Experience in project management
• Working data skills in Excel or Google Sheets, Looker or SQL
• Able to write and speak clearly with customers, carriers and internal teams
• Knowledge of the A2P SMS ecosystem, international routing and IRSF/AIT profit chains (preferred)
