• Research and respond to customer contacts about suspicious account activity.
• Review suspicious accounts with internal and external fraud tools and act under Patreon's policies.
• Independently determine and recommend a course of action after fraud is detected.
• Coordinate with Content Moderation and Product Support on suspensions, closures, and other fraud matters.
• Suggest workflow fixes and join team projects that improve fraud operations.
