• Review graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive content under Google's policies.

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 4 years of experience in global operations within a trust and safety or technical environment.
• Track record handling sensitive material and running escalations against tight quality and timing targets.
• Experience in youth mental health, and suicide and self-harm specifically (preferred).
• Strategic thinking to spot emerging threats and vulnerabilities (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional influence (preferred).
