Content moderation on a global dating app, covering profiles, photos and ad texts against Community Guidelines and T&S policies. The role also handles user appeals, safety threats such as impersonation and blackmail, and fraud and multi-accounting detection, and sits in the Trust & Safety moderation team.

What you'd do

Review user profiles, photos and ad texts for adherence to Community Guidelines and T&S policies.
Handle support tickets on ban appeals, content moderation and policy clarifications.
Triage and investigate critical safety threats such as impersonation, blackmail and severe exploitation risks.
Detect bad actors and multi-accounting networks using reverse image search, metadata tools and admin panels.
Track emerging scamming techniques through spam alerts and user analytics systems.
Escalate serious safety cases to Senior Moderators and the Head of Moderation, and report platform bugs.
Document bad actor patterns and share updates with the team to refine platform defenses.

What it asks for

One to two years in moderation or customer support, preferably with dating apps, profile or text review, or fraud analysis.
Hands-on history answering users through ticketing tools and probing links between multiple accounts.
Working knowledge of reverse image lookup and basic metadata checks for stolen photos, catfish accounts and synthetic media.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.
Proficiency with Slack, Notion and Jira for logging bugs and cross-team work.
English at B2 level or above.
Intermediate Russian (B1+) (preferred)
