What you'd do

Review user profiles, photos and ad texts against Community Guidelines and T&S policies.
Triage and investigate ban appeals, moderation disputes and policy clarification tickets.
Handle critical safety threats such as impersonation, blackmail and severe exploitation with top priority.
Spot networks of linked accounts and follow new scam methods with image-matching, metadata checks and internal admin tools.
Escalate serious user safety cases to Senior Moderators and the Head of Moderation, and escalate platform bugs and technical safety issues.
Document bad actor patterns and share updates with the team to refine platform defenses.

What it asks for

One to two years in moderation or customer support, ideally on dating apps, profile or text moderation, or fraud review.
Has worked support queues in a ticketing system and tracked linked accounts during investigations.
Familiarity with reverse image search tools such as Google Lens and TinEye, plus basic metadata tools.
Writes and reads English at B2 level or above.
Intermediate Russian (B1+) (preferred)
French, Spanish, Portuguese or German (preferred)
