What you'd do

• Lead end-to-end research projects, from framing the problem and forming hypotheses through analysis, validation, and recommendations.
• Apply statistics, experimentation, causal inference, and modeling to measure trends and evaluate safety interventions.
• Study behavior and emerging risks through user research, case reviews, stakeholder interviews, and ecosystem mapping.
• Design measurement systems that track safety results, policy performance, enforcement quality, and effects on users.
• Mine large behavioral, operational, and enforcement datasets for risk patterns and intervention opportunities.
• Work with Policy teams to find gaps in existing policies and recommend evidence-based changes.
