DTSP Best Practices Framework
Trust and Safety commitments, with independent assessment against them.
About DTSP Best Practices Framework
Participating companies agree on five fundamental commitments that a digital service should make to promote a safer and more trustworthy internet.
Trust and safety refers to the part of a digital service's operations that focuses on understanding and addressing harmful content or conduct associated with that service. Membership does not include vendor companies, and the partnership is not a professional society for individuals working in trust and safety. The Safe Framework, the methodology for assessing these practices, was published in December 2021.

How it works
The Digital Trust & Safety Partnership is an industry group whose members (large platforms) commit to a set of best practices across product development, governance, enforcement, improvement and transparency. The framework spells out those practices, and members undergo independent third party assessments of their maturity against it, with public reports.
It's a useful maturity model for any T&S program, member or not, and the assessment reports show what "good" looks like at scale.
