About Content Review Filters

Content Review Filters is a set of React components that let developers integrate content filters and settings into content review tools. The components are licensed under Apache-2.

The library offers video playback features intended to give reviewers more control over video content. Filters can be configured differently for each content harm type. The repository contains only React implementations, and it welcomes contributions of equivalent components for other web frameworks.

How it works

A small React component library from Meta for the visual side of a review tool. It provides blur, grayscale, pixelation and reveal on hover controls so moderators can look at graphic images and video without full exposure by default. That's it, and that's useful: these controls are a wellbeing requirement in most large moderation teams and easy to get wrong.

Drop it into your own review UI. It doesn't detect anything; it assumes you already know the content might be harmful.
