How it works

AbuseIO is a ticketing system built for the abuse desks at hosting providers and ISPs. It ingests abuse reports from feeds like Spamhaus, Shadowserver and ARF email, parses them into structured events, matches them to the customer responsible for the IP or domain, and opens a ticket that notifies that customer with a deadline. Repeat events roll up into the same ticket rather than flooding the queue.

It's PHP on Laravel, self hosted, and mature but slow moving. If your problem is "we receive hundreds of automated abuse complaints a day about our infrastructure," this is purpose built for it.
