• Open roles in the ATS, post descriptions, and design and configure interview plans within 72 hours.
• Conduct 5-10 recruiter screens and run the first calibration sync with the hiring team within a week.
• Develop sourcing strategies and personalized outreach, following up on passive candidates.
• Analyze pass rates and conversion data two weeks in, and recommend changes to hiring managers.
