What you'd do

• Help design the overall architecture of TnS data application platforms and write the architecture specifications.
• Lead engineers in implementing those architecture specifications.
• Optimize data application architecture to improve stability and efficiency and reduce storage, compute, and service cost.
• Design and implement support for data integration, offline and real-time development, data governance, and BI analysis.
• Earn credibility with peers across the company, develop other engineers, and raise the team's engineering skill level.

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related discipline.
• Software development experience in at least one of C++, Python, or Java.
• Proficiency with server-side stacks for distributed, high-concurrency systems, such as RPC, message queues, link tracing, and service governance.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with data insight work such as machine learning or statistical analysis (preferred).
