Wipro developed wellness practices for its content moderation workforce (screening, resilience training, counselling access, exposure limits and rotation, team wellbeing reporting) and now sells them as a service to platforms and other outsourcers. It's an alternative to Zevo Health from a large outsourcer rather than a clinical specialist.
