WebPurify Live Moderation Teams

Alongside its moderation API, WebPurify runs live human moderation teams that review images, video and audio, and moderate blogs and communities. Moderators are full-time and work from WebPurify's own offices on its computers; it says it never crowdsources. Turnkey image review returns most results in about 2 minutes, and video reviewed by live teams in an hour or less, 24x7, 365 days a year.

For custom plans, WebPurify trains a dedicated team on the client's own criteria, including unusual rejection rules, fast response times and live streams. Its turnkey team reviews audio in English only; other languages need a custom dedicated team. It became part of IntouchCX in January 2025.
