vPDQ

vPDQ hashes video by taking PDQ hashes of frames at intervals and storing them with timestamps. Matching compares frame hashes between two videos and reports how much of one appears in the other, so it can find a short clip embedded in a longer upload. It's simpler than TMK and reuses the PDQ tooling you may already have.

It's the format GIFCT adopted for video hash sharing and the default video option in HMA.
