About TMK+PDQF
TMK+PDQF is Meta's open video hashing. It computes PDQF (a floating point PDQ) on frames and then a Temporal Match Kernel signature over the sequence, producing a fixed size descriptor you can compare to find near duplicate videos even after re-encoding or minor edits. It's a C++ library with a matcher.
It's largely superseded by vPDQ, which is simpler and matches clips inside longer videos, but TMK is still in use where whole video matching is the goal.
