How it works
Maltego is the standard link analysis tool for investigators. You start with an entity (a domain, an email, a phone number, a person, a crypto wallet), run "transforms" that pull related data from dozens of sources (WHOIS, DNS, social media, breach data, threat intel feeds, your own databases), and build a graph of connections you can explore, annotate and export. Data hub subscriptions add commercial sources.
T&S teams use it for fraud rings, scam infrastructure, and linking abusive accounts across platforms. The free Community Edition is limited but real.
