How it works
CIB Mango Tree is a set of open tests for coordinated inauthentic behavior, built by volunteers through the Civic Tech DC community. Feed it a dataset of posts and accounts and it runs checks like copy paste detection (identical text across accounts), time coordination (posting in lockstep), hashtag sequence matching and account creation clustering, then reports which accounts and posts trip which tests.
It's a research and investigation aid rather than a production detector, and the tests are documented so you can port them into your own pipeline.
