About INHOPE and ICCAM
INHOPE is a global network of hotlines working to eliminate CSAM from the internet. INHOPE is a membership-based organisation, governed by a Board elected by the network. Since 1999, INHOPE has provided a safe and anonymous way for the public to report suspected CSAM online.
The network consists of 58 member organisations across six continents. INHOPE was established in 1999 by eight European hotlines in Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

How it works
INHOPE is the association of national hotlines (IWF, NCMEC, Point de Contact and about fifty others) that take public reports of CSAM. ICCAM is its shared platform: a hotline classifies reported material, and if it's hosted in another country the report is routed to the hotline there for action with the local host and police. For a platform, INHOPE matters as the map of who will send you removal notices from each country, and as a source of hashes through member hotlines.
