About CSAM Scanning Tool
The CSAM Scanning Tool is a tool from Cloudflare that allows website owners to proactively identify and take action on CSAM located on their website. The tool is built for website owners, and the owner of the website is the party that enables it.
The tool compares content served for a website through the Cloudflare cache to known lists of CSAM provided by child safety advocacy groups such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Users must agree to use the tool solely for the purposes of preventing the spread of CSAM. Website owners are responsible for understanding and complying with any legal obligations they have when made aware of potential CSAM.

How it works
If your site is on Cloudflare, you can turn on CSAM scanning in the dashboard. Cloudflare fuzzy hashes images as they pass through its cache and compares them to hash lists from NCMEC and other child safety organizations. On a match it blocks the URL, notifies you, and files the required report to NCMEC. You choose the sensitivity.
It's free, it needs no code, and it makes a basic CSAM control available to anyone with a website. It won't catch new material or anything not served through Cloudflare.
