The role, in T&S terms

Written by the T&S Network from Anthropic's posting.

Enforcement analyst work on Anthropic's account abuse team, setting the policy layer for access controls and identity verification across its products. • Improve verification program health across accuracy, appeal coverage, and consistency of outcomes
  • Set access rules for complicated cases, such as location limits and resold or channel accounts
  • Manage the day-to-day access-control case backlog with contractors doing first-pass review
  • Author playbooks and QA scaled contractor review output
  • Align enforcement decisions with outside platform partners so outcomes stay consistent
  • Work with Legal, Public Policy, and Privacy on proportionate, privacy-preserving enforcement approaches

What it asks for

  • Experience in trust and safety, integrity, or risk policy work
  • Hands-on experience owning or quality-checking live enforcement queues
  • Experience working within regulatory frameworks such as the DSA and GDPR
  • Track record partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Policy on projects that balance safety, privacy, and usability
  • Comfort using data, such as SQL, to measure outcomes
