• Screen flagged orders with elevated risk and decide whether they look fraudulent.
• Compile fraud figures and pass emerging patterns along to the team to sharpen detection.
• Contest chargebacks filed against the company.
• Suspend accounts where appropriate, or lift suspensions after appeal.
• Resolve customer emails about fraud-related disputes and claims.
• Work with Customer Support to keep fraud controls from adding friction for customers.
• Examine fraud and payment data to find weak points and act on them.

• Current student in finance or an equivalent program.
