How it works
Signifyd decides whether to accept an order and then guarantees the decision. You send order, customer and device data at checkout; Signifyd scores it against its network of merchants and its own models and returns approve or decline in real time. If an approved order turns out to be fraud, Signifyd reimburses the chargeback. It also handles return abuse, account protection and chargeback recovery.
The guarantee is the product. You're buying a fixed cost per transaction instead of unpredictable fraud losses, and you're moving the decision to a vendor with more data than you have.
