Meta Content Library

Meta Content Library is the research access program Meta built to meet DSA data access obligations. Approved researchers can search and analyze public content from Facebook, Instagram and Threads (posts, pages, groups, reels) with engagement data, either in a web interface or through an API inside a controlled research environment run by ICPSR at the University of Michigan.

Access requires an application from an academic or qualified nonprofit institution. Data can't leave the environment, which is the price of the access.
