KPMG DSA Assurance

KPMG performs independent audits under Article 37 of the EU Digital Services Act. In published reports, KPMG Advisory N.V. in the Netherlands carries out a reasonable assurance engagement on a designated platform's compliance with its DSA obligations over a set evaluation period, then reports its opinion, findings and operational recommendations. KPMG names a global DSA assurance lead, and KPMG Netherlands publishes a yearly benchmark study of all published DSA audit reports.

In the UK, KPMG, including KPMG Law, offers Online Safety Act support: scoping which duties apply to a service, designing risk assessments, running gap and readiness assessments, designing policies, procedures and processes, and introducing compliance and assurance frameworks.
