EY DSA Independent Audit

EY member firms act as independent auditors under Article 37 of the EU Digital Services Act. In the published reports, EY performs a reasonable assurance engagement under ISAE 3000 (Revised) on whether a designated platform or search engine complied with its DSA obligations over an audit period, reaches a conclusion for each obligation, and issues operational recommendations. The provider then publishes an audit implementation report answering each recommendation.

The reports are signed by different EY entities depending on the provider, including Ernst & Young LLP, Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants and Ernst & Young S.A.
