I've spent my career figuring out how people break systems, and how to build better ones. From tackling fraud and marketplace abuse at Uber to scaling risk and trust products at Afterpay/Block and working across Google, I've seen firsthand how difficult it can be to balance safety, customer experience, and business growth. More recently, I've been advising startups on AI safety, agent evaluations, fraud, and identity. I enjoy helping people navigate careers in trust and safety, move into product or leadership roles, build and scale teams, prioritize risks, and turn messy real-world problems
