Owns delivery of adversarial environments, evaluations and verifiers that frontier AI labs use to test and train their agents. Each engagement follows a lab's specification against a customer-set deadline and quality bar. The role sits in the RL Gyms team, which produces these measurement tools for AI safety decisions.

AI misuse and jailbreaks

What you'd do

Own several concurrent lab engagements from scope and milestones through delivery and status.
Turn customer specifications into task plans covering task count, environments, target models and deadlines.
Track each batch through in progress, under review, approved and delivered, and keep the delivery record current.
Raise slipping deadlines early with scope, capacity or date tradeoffs already worked out.
Allocate researchers, task writers and reviewers across projects by throughput and specialty.
Onboard contributors on the environment, attack pattern and acceptance criteria until they land a first accepted task.
Give quality feedback on rejected work and identify patterns behind repeat rejections.

What it asks for

Comfort working autonomously in undefined processes and writing those processes as needed.
Experience giving direct feedback and making quality calls for contributors you do not line-manage.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Technical background in engineering, computer science, information systems or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred).
Exposure to LLMs or AI agents, professional or self-taught (preferred).
Background in security, red teaming or trust and safety (preferred).
