Senior infrastructure work for the Detect & Discover team, which owns Data Discovery, Privacy Automation and AI Governance products across multi-cloud and on-premises Kubernetes deployments. The role leads platform strategy for a distributed scanning and classification platform serving enterprise customers, with a focus on reliability, scalability, security and marketplace deployment.

What you'd do

Architect and maintain production Kubernetes platforms on AKS, EKS, GKE, K3s and microk8s, including upgrades and disaster recovery.
Build Helm, Terraform, CloudFormation and ARM/BICEP automation for worker node deployment to Azure, AWS and GCP marketplaces.
Lead the container-hardening program, moving distributed components like Kafka and PostgreSQL to secure base images and reducing scanner-flagged CVEs.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime deployments, automated rollbacks and auditability, and drive GitOps practices.
Design monitoring, alerting and self-healing with Datadog, Loki and Promtail across thousands of tenant environments.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for production interruptions, and take part in the on-call rotation.
Mentor engineers and set DevOps standards while working with product security, engineering squads and customer-facing teams.

What it asks for

Deep hands-on command of Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, Docker and cluster networking.
Strong working knowledge of Azure, AWS and GCP, with depth in at least one.
Proficiency in Go and/or Python, plus Bash scripting for infrastructure automation.
Deep experience with CI/CD (GitLab or similar), GitOps and infrastructure-as-code.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch and distributed messaging such as Kafka or NATS.
