About PhishTank
PhishTank is operated by Cisco Talos Intelligence Group. PhishTank is a collaborative clearing house for data and information about phishing on the Internet. PhishTank provides an open API for developers and researchers to integrate anti-phishing data into their applications at no charge.

How it works
PhishTank collects suspected phishing URLs submitted by the community, has other users verify them, and publishes the verified list by API and download. Run by Cisco Talos (via OpenDNS). It's a free feed to layer alongside Safe Browsing.
