Ofcom fines two adult platforms over age assurance, with a daily penalty attached

Decisions against Kick Online Entertainment S.A. and 8579 LLC. The 1.35 million pound penalty is the largest of its kind so far, and it carries a further 1,000 pounds a day until age assurance is in place, or for 100 days, whichever comes first.
