Poshmark

Poshmark is a social commerce marketplace where users can buy and sell new and second-hand fashion, home goods, and electronics. It describes itself as a fashion resale marketplace powered by a community of buyers and sellers and real-time social experiences. Sellers can turn their closets into cash and share their style.

The company is headquartered in Redwood City, California, with offices in Vancouver, Chennai and New York City. Poshmark was founded in 2011 by Manish Chandra, Tracy Sun, Gautam Golwala, and Chetan Pungaliya. The platform has over 80 million users and more than 200 million available listings.

Poshmark announced its first international expansion, to Canada, in May 2019. It went public on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol POSH on January 14, 2021.
