NAVER is a Korean internet company whose key product is an online search engine and portal site. Its core businesses are search, AI, online advertising, commerce, content, cloud and fintech. Its commerce offerings include NAVER SmartStore, an online store platform for SMEs. Its affiliates include NAVER Cloud, SNOW, NAVER LABS, NAVER WEBTOON and NAVER Financial.

NAVER was founded in June 1999. Its headquarters is NAVER 1784 in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province. It has subsidiaries and affiliates overseas in Japan, USA, France, China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia, among others. It had 4,535 employees as of 2024, not counting affiliates.
