Bodyguard is a content moderation vendor that offers contextual moderation for platforms and brands. It moderates text, images and usernames. For platforms, it sells a content moderation API designed for social platforms, gaming, dating apps and marketplaces. For brands, it offers social media moderation that works across their social media accounts in real time.

Bodyguard says it was created to combat online toxicity. Its team has more than 40 members. It holds SOC 2 Type 2 status and is GDPR compliant.

The social media product connects to eight supported social media platforms. Its tools include an Automatic Moderator that removes harmful content around the clock, and a Manual Moderator for reviewing or overriding automated decisions.
