The State of Trust & Safety survey is a quarterly initiative designed to capture the pulse of the Trust & Safety industry. Run by the Trust & Safety Network, the survey is a mix of quantitative and qualitative questions exploring key topics such as industry sentiment, emerging threats, innovative practices, compensation, and future opportunities.
This survey is an opportunity for professionals across roles—whether in policy, operations, product, engineering, or leadership—to share their experiences, insights, and priorities. The results help identify trends, highlight challenges, and uncover solutions that drive the industry forward.

Who should take the survey?
This survey is for past and present T&S professionals only. It is not meant for students, press, regulators, NGOs, etc.
- All responses are anonymous.
- Emails are optional - we will use it only to send you a notification when the survey is published.
- The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
When will results get published?
This survey closes on January 31, 2025. The TSN team will publish the results on this page (below) about a month after each quarterly survey closes - so expect results in early March.
